  • Do you take walk-ins? What are your hours?

    Walk-ins are always welcome! Our official walk-in hours are every Wednesday and Friday from 12-5, but we accept walk-ins everyday depending on our availability! Please call the shop at (619)230-5274 or email luckycatsandiego@gmail.com for availability, as shop hours can vary.

  • How do I book?

    Each artist has a preferred booking method! Please go to our individual artist bios or follow the ‘Email Us’ link in our main menu if you’d like to contact us.

  • Which payment types are accepted?

    Cash is always preferred but we’re all able to accept Venmo or PayPal as well.

    Em is able to accept payment via square reader (debit/credit)

    Kristine is able to accept Zelle as well

  • What is your shop minimum?

    Our shop minimum is between $100-120, but pricing greatly depends on the project. Anything above the neck or in similarly difficult areas (fingers, ribs stomach, chest etc) do not apply for shop minimum pricing. Please keep in mind that factors like detail and size play a big part in the price of your tattoo.

  • I emailed one of your artists and haven’t received a reply! What now?

    We all try and answer emails at least once a week, sometimes it can take up to 7 days for a reply. Each email is very important to us and we want to make sure we have the time and mental space to answer you mindfully and efficiently. In the meantime we thank you for your patience during this process and we promise we didn’t forget you!

  • What is your etiquette on tipping?

    Alhough most clients tip and it is always appreciated tips are never required :)

  • Where can I park?

    We do not have a parking lot at this location. There is plenty of residential parking nearby but if you can’t find a spot the closest public lot is North Park Parking Garage at 3829 29th Street. Their rates according to Northparkmainstreet.com are below:

    DAILY FEES

    $1 per hour

    $5 Daily Max from 6AM-6PM

    $5 Flat Rate from 6PM-6AM

    $10 Lost Ticket Fee

  • Do you host guest artists?

    We do accept guests but we have very limited space, so it isn’t always possible. We offer an 80/20 split for all guests - see our ‘Guest with us’ section for more info.
